At Vintag, we want you to love your timeless pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with all vintage-inspired tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vintag account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and tags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your request.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
